The Dobbs Family in Fairfax, VA needed an upgrade for their lackluster looking kitchen. The old builder installed oak cabinets were refaced with genuine, high quality wood using a Presidential style and then finished with dark cherry stain for a richer look.
Before
Kitchen Magic was able to modify the cabinets for the customers new appliances. We made the cabinets above the refrigerator shorter so that the new taller refrigerator could fit and we butted the doors together for a full opening for easy access to those large bowls and platter trays.
The customer also had us install their new stainless steel bowl sink 1 1/2 – 8″ deep in polished finish with a single Delta spray head. A tilt out tray was added under the new for convenient storage of those unsightly sink scrubbers and sponges.
We then replaced the old laminate countertops with a dark granite countertop to add a more sophisticated look. All of this done in just days for half the cost of replacing a kitchen.

The Gruen Family in Arnold, Md had an amazing transformation. As you can see in the before picture the kitchen was very plain with a standard builders grade look to it. Before there was a pinrail at the top, the microwave was too low and there was a sculptured valance about the window.

Kitchen Magic refaced the existing cabinets inside and outside and replaced the doors using a beautiful cherry wood with a rope style for the doors. The countertops were replaced with emerglo stained granite.
After
Another major change was before there was no cabinets to the left of the refrigerator and only 2 unsightly cabinets above the refrigerator.
